John Fitzgerald
John joined the IBC in 2021. With 30+ years of marketing, sales, profit/loss, operations, and multi-channel experience in CPG, B2B and B2C, domestically and internationally, his focus in on sustainably growing the IBC and providing value to members. John received his undergraduate degree in Marketing from the University of St. Francis and MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

Emily Aranji Barnhart
Emily Arjani graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2014 with an undergraduate accountancy degree. While at Notre Dame, Emily served as the SIBC Director of Accounting and later CFO. Emily currently resides in Dallas where she is the director of international tax.

Jiani (Jenny) Xia
Jenny joined the Strategy Team during her junior year. Originally from Shanghai, Jenny is now a senior studying Finance and Applied Math at the University of Notre Dame. She likes hanging out with friends, watching movies and golfing. Outside of campus, she enjoys doing social impact and volunteer work. Upon graduation, Jenny will enter the management consulting and financial services industry.

Max Forbes
Max is a current senior at the University of Notre Dame pursuing majors in Finance and American Studies. Upon graduation, Max plans to join Goldman Sachs as an analyst in their Investment Banking Division. Outside of class, he is involved in student government, the Notre Dame Venture Capital Club and Men’s Boxing (Bengal Bouts).

Matt Bush
Matt has served on the board of the IBC since 2014, currently as the President. Outside of the IBC, he serves on the board of M&T Foundation and Catholic in Recovery. Matt graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Economics and Theology and works in the hedge fund industry.

Alisha Anderson
Alisha graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in 2015 and her MBA from Stanford University. While at ND, she served as the SIBC Co-President and worked to grow the Council’s international initiatives. Alisha heads corporate development for Pineapple Energy, a solar energy service provider and leasing company.

Dave Willson
Dave serves as the President of TL Fab, one of the largest and most respected structural steel and miscellaneous steel fabricators in Southern California. Dave received his Bachelor’s in Finance from the University of Notre Dame and his Master’s in Business Administration from the Marshall School at the University of Southern California. Dave has served as an IBC board member since 2011.

Alessandro DiSanto
Alessandro graduated from the University of Notre Dame summa cum laude with a double-major in Finance and Economics. At Notre Dame, Alessandro was co-president of the SIBC. Alessandro began a career on Wall St., but after a series of life-changing experience in prayer, quit his job in finance to join his friends in building Hallow, a Catholic prayer and meditation app based on Chicago.
